i install window server 2008 r2 as a domain server. and install win 7 on  40 machine as client system,  all client log in as domain user. but one client pc want share a folder with local user rights....

why are you sharing folders from client PC's and not from a server?

Is the PC on the domain?

can you ping your DC from that pc? do you have connectivity? is it on the domain?  Again as above probably better shares be on the server.

yes, the connectivity with domain is properly, and ping rely successfully

I don't quite understand what you're trying to do, but that local user bothers me. Are you logged in to the computer with local account and not domain? Then you won't be able to do lookups for domain...
