entire directory no show
i install window server 2008 r2 as a domain server. and install win 7 on 40 machine as client system, all client log in as domain user. but one client pc want share a folder with local user rights....

can you ping your DC from that pc? do you have connectivity? is it on the domain? Again as above probably better shares be on the server.

I don't quite understand what you're trying to do, but that local user bothers me. Are you logged in to the computer with local account and not domain? Then you won't be able to do lookups for domain...
